We divide a typical restaurant kitchen design project into SIX strategic steps and our aim is to work closely with you from the very beginning.

So, the most important thing to us is that we begin speaking to you at the earliest possible stage of your journey. Even if you’re only just considering your new venture, it’s never too early to get us on board.

The earlier you get in touch the better. That way we can advise on every part of the design process of your restaurant kitchen, from space-planning onwards. So as soon as you have some tangible ideas about concept, premises and menus, call us.

At this point we’ll explore your site and learn all we can about your ideas and your business concept so that, when it comes to the design of your restaurant kitchen, we can fully reflect everything you want and need within our ideas.

We start with a strong layout that provides a clear and workable flow and then we identify the exact equipment you’ll need to enable your restaurant kitchen and product to thrive.

Prior to our installation, we fastidiously project-manage every phase of the preparation work alongside your contractors to ensure that every last detail is properly addressed.

Upon full readiness of the site, we’ll deliver and place appliances into position. Our installers will then connect, test and commission the equipment before handing over your new kitchen. Your restaurant kitchen starts to come alive at this point.

We will of course supply comprehensive staff training and beyond that we’ll always remain available for any help, maintenance or assistance you might need with your new kitchen.

And beyond…

We have no doubt that you will build strong relationships with the Nelson team members involved in the different stages of your project. You can be assured that they will continue to remain at your disposal in the months and years ahead – to provide support for your new restaurant kitchen and, hopefully, for your future ventures too.
